Forward-thinking computer science professional with 5+ years experience designing and building various software solutions. Seeking to leverage his knowledge in software and full stack development to help businesses and consumers solve everyday problems.
For the past year and a half, I have been working as a Full Stack Software Developer at The Bronz Agency where I build custom eCommerce software solutions for high-end businesses. While working at The Bronz Agency, I helped integrate new technologies into their daily routine and helped design, develop, and optimize new and existing functionality to their clients' eCommerce platforms. One technology I helped set up was an automatic deployment environment using GIT to manage different development versions of clients' websites. It was also used as version control to help synchronize multiple ongoing projects. Lastly, I helped optimize one of their clients' website from a 3 second load time to a 1.8 second load time by analyzing and optimizing SQL queries.
Previous to my employment at The Bronz Agency, I was a full-time student at Stony Brook University. During my academic career, I maintained a high GPA and worked on several side-jobs. For example, I created and optimized a local tattoo shop's website search presence and created a digital form application to capture customer information and an automatic marketing platform to re-market to existing customers. Consequently, I doubled the shop's business and increased customer retention by twenty-seven percent.
While at Stony Brook University, I also worked as the lead developer for a social-networking startup company. During my employment, I designed and implemented their platform from scratch and integrated various technologies such as: an AJAX-driven frontend, RESTful API interfaces, and a third-party search engine, Solr. I also coded the entire frontend and created various modules and widgets including but not limited to: an asset library, live notification system, and a complex user activity feed with visibility granularity.
I graduated Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s of Science In Computer Science
I am also currently working towards the ISC2 software security certification. I was enrolled in the official ISC2 CSSLP Training Seminar from June to August.
Below are a list of computer science courses I completed during Stony Brook:
